2A PE - Attempts at Cartwheel

We have spent quite a few lessons on cartwheel. This is their attempt without a mat.

Some of the students were not confident to do it yet. It's okay, they will have more practices.
By the end of the gymnastic module, they will be able to do a one-minute gymnastic routine.
Watch out for it!

Today, during FTGP lesson, we made areoplanes. The goal is to let our areoplanes fly to the back of the classroom.

Did anyone crush the paper to make the areoplane? No. Why? Because everyone wanted their areoplane to look good and not crumpled. Even though the aeroplanes did not make it to the goal at the end, we kept improving it so that it can fly further.

The same can be said for our learning. We have to put in our best effort. When things don't work well, we have to think of new ways to improve ourselves.

Homework:
1. Make an areoplane with an A4 size paper.

Sleep for Good Health

Everyone needs enough sleep so that they can function well.

Research has shown that if you sleep enough, you will be able to remember better. 

It can also regulate your health and help you maintain an ideal weight.

Please make sure you have enough sleep.
